Returns policy

Q. My forms are not the correct ones for my software:-

1.If we have sent you the wrong forms, we will exchange them for an alternative solution – (at no cost to you)

OR

2. If we have sent you the wrong forms, we will arrange to collect the forms and provide you with a FULL refund. (at no cost to you)

OR

3. If the goods have been ordered incorrectly, we will arrange collection and issue a credit less any carriage charges and a 10% handling charge, if the goods are not returned in a condition which is suitable for re-sale (no carriers labels, damaged boxes, part used contents ).

4. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date

At all times we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please talk to us and we are sure that any problems can be resolved.
